Terms & Conditions

We appreciate that you’ve chosen us to achieve your version of pain-free living. To provide the best service possible to our clients we have implemented the following policies. 

  

Deposits (50% of the total service fee) are required for the following services:

Initial Physiotherapy Appointment. 

1 hour sport massage with massage therapist.

30 minute sport massage with massage therapist.

​

Deposits, Cancellation Policy and No show Policy. 

​

Deposits are non-refundable, you can reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be transferred over to your future booking. If you are unable to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment. Failure to attend three appointments will be blocked from booking in with us again.

Cancellation Policy for memberships. 

 

If you pay a monthly membership, less that 48 hours' notice for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment under your membership will be classed as one of your appointments and you will not be able to redeem this appointment in the block.  

  

  

Late Arrival Policy. 

We request that you arrive on time for your treatment time to allow time to fill out any required paperwork as well as answer any intake questions your therapist may have. We understand that issues can arise that may cause you to be late for your appointment. However, we ask that you call or message us to inform us if this ever occurs so we can do our best to accommodate you. Appointment times are reserved for each client, so we cannot exceed that reserved time without making the next client late. Due to this, any late arrivals may result in a loss of time from your treatment so that your session ends at the scheduled time. The full treatment fee still applies and will not be refunded or transferred to another appointment. You will be classed as a no-show if you arrive 15 minutes or more late to an appointment as it will not be enough time to carry out a full treatment and or assessment. I this case you will still be charged the full appointment fee. 

  

Full-service fees will be charged even when sessions are shortened due to late arrival. In return, we will do our best to be on time. 

  

After Care Policy. 

With all the treatments we offer aftercare advice is provided, the advice may not be provided verbally but it can be found on our website and emails or social media. Failure to follow the aftercare advice may result in worsening of symptoms, prolonged worsening symptoms and bruising post-treatment. If you fail to follow the advice, we accept no liability for the tenderness and bruising and or injuries sustained post-treatment.  https://www.ckphysiotherapyclinic.co.uk/post/aftercare

Inappropriate Behavior Policy. 

  

There is absolutely no sexual component to our services whatsoever. Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will result in the immediate termination of your session and a refusal of any and all services in the future. You will be charged the full-service fee regardless of the length of your session. Depending on the behaviour exhibited we may also file a report with the local authorities if necessary. Treat your therapist with respect and dignity and you will be treated the same in return. Furthermore, any inappropriate or bad behaviour towards any members of the team or staff surrounding businesses will not be tolerated.

General. 

We accept no liability for any failure to comply with these terms and conditions where such failure is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 

​

If we waive any rights available to us under these terms and conditions on one occasion, this does not mean that those rights will automatically be waived on any other occasion. 

  

If any of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, the remaining terms and conditions shall nevertheless continue in full force.

Transactions. 

When using CK Physiotherapy Clinic you may access products and services that require transactions. Where possible we ask that you make cash payments, we do accept card payments, bank transfers and payments via the booking system.

We may at any time revise these terms and conditions without notice. Please check these terms and conditions regularly, as continued use of CK Physiotherapy Clinic after a change has been made is your acceptance of the change.
