Welcome 

Hi I am Charlotte and I own CK Physiotherapy Clinic. I am a busy person who loves active hobbies like going to the gym, walking, swimming and boxing. I am 25 and I want to be able to do these activities for as long as possible. I know that is only going to be achievable if I look after myself. It might sound strange to some people so hopefully will relate I am scared of getting older and not being able to do the activities I love because I didn't look after myself when I was younger. I think about my grandad and he was active even in his 80s. That's how I want to be and that's why I based my clinic's practices around this. 

 

I do my daily mobility exercises to make sure when I'm 70 years old I can still go swimming and go for long walks with the people I love. These hobbies make me so happy and I want to do what makes me happy for the rest of my life. 

 

We work with busy people who have active hobbies or sports outside of their jobs. We work with them to improve their movement now and for their future selves. We prioritise prehab exercises and preventive measures to prevent injuries. We keep it simple, you don't need to be doing mobility exercises for 45 minutes per day. 5-10 minutes every other day or whatever you can fit into your life is more important.
